AVG Technologies N.V. Prices Initial Public Offering: AMSTERDAM, and NEW YORK,Feb. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/-- AVG Technologies N.V. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8.0 million ordinary shares at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. The shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on February 2, 2012 under the ticker symbol "AVG."
