BC/BE IM or FP Outpatient - St. Louis, MO (AL) Physician job in Perryville MO about one hour south of St. Louis. This brand new clinic is opening in July 2014. They need an FP or IM practicing physician with experience. They will take permanent resident but not H1 or J1. The clinic is 100% outpatient with a salary of $170-$190k. BC Physician Medical Director - Chicago, IL (AL) This position can have any speciality FP, IM, OB/GYN, PED. The catch is they want someone with Medical Director experience at least 1 year. The position will oversee 6 clinics in North Chicago. The salary is $225k - 250k with full benefits. They cover CME, 6 weeks vacation and many other perks. Organization is a nationally recognized public health innovator. This $60 million dollar organization, provides care to 45,000 patients through 25 physicians, 3 mid-level providers, and 400 dedicated staff members working within 6 clinic sites in the Northern suburbs of Chicago. The Medical Director's role is primarily strategic, spending 60-80% of their time on strategic initiatives. Over the next 6 - 18 months, the position will be actively involved in the transition to a Patient Centered Medical Home, a behavioral health integration project, advising an increased transition to managed care, and championing the continuous improvement process by leading the organization's healthcare providers. Future growth opportunities include becoming a community medical advisor directly influencing public health, and healthcare community building through collaboration with outside organizations, including an optional teaching appointment. The position is located in Lake County Illinois, a community of 700,000 residents, approximately 40 miles from Chicago, and on the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan.
