The mission of the center is to provide affordable, comprehensive, culturally appropriate, cost effective
care to the residents of greater southeastern Iowa region, especially those individuals with limited resources
or with others barriers to health care in order to improve their overall health status.

Share your medical care skills with 10 providers and 25 support staff as a 100%
outpatient provider in West Burlington, Iowa in an integrated health system, and be a part of the larger
picture of healthcare prevention in a community health center that strongly emphasizes prevention, early
intervention, rehabilitation and education, in addition to direct care. Multiple services are provided
including primary care, dental care, counseling services, women's health, health promotion and education,
case management, advocacy and intervention.
